oh yum, ok food.

K- So, I just started training insane-like again and my nutrition took a turn for just as insane :o) In a good way of course. 

Grocery list:

Eggs

egg whites

Chicken

steak

salmon

Broccoli

asparagus

Spinach

Avocado

Brussels sprouts

Oatmeal

100% just peanuts- peanut butter.

Im doing protein powder again as well. 

Cut all fruit. Don’t care what anyone says, my body hates sugar and I can’t have it if I want abs. Everyone is different.
