Workin on them Sticks
Ahhhh I LOVE LEG DAY!!!! squats- 4 sets of 10  Deadlifts- 2 sets of 20 and 3 sets of 10.  Step ups w/ weight- 3 sets of 15.  100 walking lunges with weight Leg curls 4 sets of 20 Leg press 3 sets of 15.  I also pushed the sled ( like a bench with kind of rollers on it) three times from one end of the gym to the other, and then pulled it three times( got my heart rate up to 220) . fml. love and...
